Laser processing uses computer programming to perform material nesting on products of different shapes, maximizing material utilization and greatly reducing enterprise material costs. At the same time, it is not limited by the processing quantity, and for small batch processing services, laser processing is cheaper. For the processing of large products, the cost of mold manufacturing is very high. Laser processing does not require any mold manufacturing, and laser processing completely avoids the collapse of edges formed during material punching and shearing, which can greatly reduce the production cost of the enterprise and improve the product grade.

(6) Small thermal deformation and smooth cutting surface:

The laser cutting of laser processing is characterized by fine slits, fast speed, and concentrated energy. Therefore, the heat transmitted to the material being cut is small, causing very little deformation of the material. At the same time, the cutting surface is smooth and free of burrs.

(7) Very suitable for the development of new products:
